I'd prefer mumble since TF2 has about a 1s delay and the quality is much better, but I'm afraid it would take awhile until everybody has downloaded & configured that stuff so it's probably better to stick with TF2.
I also noticed that when you guys are having a scrim on it, the mumble server tends to run out of bandwidth.
