I just have a huge desire for a game where I can establish myself in the Skyrim-esque world, minecraft style 'build your own house' kinda shit, perferably in the same way as Mimecraft SMP.

The horses in Red Dead Redemption are pretty cool I think. I feel a real connection to them when I've gone out and broken them myself. So when a cougar kills it I'm like... FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUu.

Out of interest, is there anyone who likes Skyrim who also has a job/family? It seems like such a huge game. I am pretty excited to eventually get it though. I guess I'm not really waiting for mod support as such, but am just waiting for the big mods to come out, stabilize and become widely accepted. I played F3 for the first time modded and felt like it was a pretty good decision.

As for my analysis of the current day's sales. Arkham Asylum is worth it. Would like to recommend Atom Zombie Smasher but I've not played it enough.

Oh and Fallout 3, though I don't know how competitive the price is.

You need the Coldstrike DLC for the Renegade Ops xmas achi. Turns out that when you buy the four pack, the person who BOUGHT the 4 pack and therefore automtically gets a copy added to his / her inventory does NOT receive any of the DLC (which costs £5+), yet the 3 people you gift it to get all of it....

Currently in the process of writing to steam about it, but I doubt it'll be resolved before the promotion ends.

Oh man, that's awful was the 4-pack advertised clearly as coming with the DLC? I booted mine up and the campaign was available, I'll boot it and check it again. Seems like either way SEGA/Valve made a mistake somewhere.

I'm employed and it's not ruined Skyrim for me. As for all the negativity regarding bugs and stability, I really can't see it ruining the game for you. From my experience 100+ hours in, there's only a few bugs that annoy you at best and I really haven't had many issues. Most of the issues that arise are funny more than anything, rare and hardly game breaking. But as with all things Bethesda, that doesn't mean to say you won't boot it and get a hum dinger of a bug nobody else has seen.

From my experience it's worth every penny and it's worth it now. Mods are only going to make things different. Quite how much, is a debate.

So I thought because the new batman has steam achievements they had gotten rid of gfwl. They use securom for drm, steam for patches, dlc, achievements etc. It seems for some insane reason they are using gfwl just for cloud saves which is insane, also I can't login:
