If you read my links Junta the exact time is listed Tongue servers go down for maintenance tomorrow at 6am, will be patched and ready by 10am.

apparently the m1 has been fixed, yay. But the friends list is still broken (DICE have already said its something EA needs to fix so that'll get fixed never).

Tom,

I've noticed more "network" related performance issues in BFBC2 lately - i.e. higher ping etc and slower connection times. Also a rather annoying delay when you click on the "join game" button and seem to be forced to wait 30 seconds whilst everyone else spawns.

A ping of 999 seems to be seen regularly for me, dropping down to a manageable 120 or so.

That said, no graphics related issues for me or stuttering in game (other than when my ping rockets randomly to 999). A reset of my router helps, and I'm trying a different router to see how I get on.

To be honest, it might be a network thing, I didn't check as I assumed it was graphical, but I do remember it taking even longer then normal to join a server so it might have something to do with that.

Really anoying, will have to play around after the patch hits because its pretty much unplayable for me atm...
