Had to start a thread for this as I've just watched the U-Tube from Chaos' shoutbox link.

I think my knee jerk reaction was to shout 'Sacrilege!' The audacity to attempt to remix such a holy song! But having watched 'Pendulum' on TV at the weekend and their performances as Glasto '09, I thought I should at least give them some latitude. There Rock/Metal/D&B style has piqued my interest of late.

Result? Awesome! Tactfully done, I feel. I already had the intention to see if I could obtain an album, now I'm determined.

Aye Hzza. Much prefer In Silico to Hold Your Colour - HYC is a bit too DnB for me (which tbh I don't like) but Pendulum get the mix of rock and DnB just right to make it sound good.

I actually prefer HYC because of it's more DnB - saying that though - I do also love In Silico.

I've seen them live about 4-5 times now - including a couple of weeks ago at download - they were pretty awesome Cheesy

If anyone else is sort of into drum n bass - I'm also currently very much enjoying the Chase & Status album, High Contrast and also the Ministry of Sound Addicted to Bass (except for one of the CD's...) are all worth listening to.

I saw them on a very cold November night in a very hot room last year- there was actually a cloud of steam rising off the crowd as we left the place. Insane.

My favourite is pretty unoriginal in Propane Nightmares, but it gets the mixture just right for me. Mass AI helps too.

Mass AI is what introduced me to them!

I prefer the rockier stuff to the more DnB stuff as I'm not a massive DnB fan is all.
