I like the social side of playing multiplayer games, i really enjoyed cod4 although stopped playing that as both clans i was in folded and W@W was crap. I really enjoy tf2 although i'm pretty pants at it, but still enjoy it when the server is full, not so much when its quiet as i get owned even more than normal i'm sure i must be on most peoples bitch list!!

So, do you guys play any other multiplayer games regularly?  If so what? Are they easy to pick up? Do you have room for one more? It would be good to play some other games during those quieter times.

The other games i'm currently playing are tiger woods 08 and pro evo 2009. I also like driving games but haven't played any for a while and ones i did were all single player. I've got an R400 steering wheel that i haven't used in over a year, which seems a bit of a waste really!!!

I have a G25 steering wheel that comes out quite a bit
I was enjoying GRID a lot before I moved house..
When I get setup Ill give you a few races if you want?

Other than that theres not much in the way of multiplayer..
Gave battlefield heroes a chance and it sucked!
Gave quake live a chance and itll be better off left to laptops and p4 machines
There isnt reallying anything that compares to TF2.. especially socially so I think its this till cs:s2 or tf3..
(that is of course unless you like WoW or other life draining games)

Jeah GRID is awesome you should give that a try, but only with a gamepad or even better a nice steering wheel.

Sometimes I also play Battlefield 2142. Its good to just chillout, you got a whole team doing the dirty work for you.

I was trying out UT3 a month ago. It's not exactly a bad game, but i miss some team play there. Yeah there are some modes like CTF where team should work somehow together, but it ends like a deathmatch, everyone shooting like crazy not caring about theyr health (thx to instant respawns) or anything. It's good for a while, but i like TF2 concept much more.

These are probably the only 2 games i'm playing online, if i dont count games like HoMaM or TTD or some life draining games like Chaos said.

Been playing 2142 with some mates recently, Goddamn i hate EA, wish they'd just accept that they are useless monkeys and give in and put their games on Steam.

We load up a conference call in Skype and have a right laugh, no push to talk so there's constant banter, and swearing over those mother***king RDX bastards.

I only really play TF2 online, L4D and sometimes a bit of UT3. Killing Floors out next week so I'll be hitting that shit pretty hard too . Mostly offline gaming for me.

Used to play Red Alert: A Path Beyond, a C&C Renegade mod turned standalone. It was fun, thought of playing it again. And I suggest Burnout:Paradise for some multiplayer racing (There's singleplayer, but that's just practice for multiplayer).

Trust me, Burnout Paradise > Burnout 3. But both are awesome. I played every single Burnout game (even the PSP one) and Paradise is the best!

Really annoys me, because the single player is quite shallow

My focus is TF2 and L4D (sorta). I used to play City of Heroes quite a lot, but that died out when TF2 entered my life like an attractive mistress. I'm planning to get FM Live at some point soon so I can trounce my little brother on it.
