I replied here, I thought you read all 5 pages? :p

My nickname was from my first hotmail address I still use (wasn't taken, yay!) and thus used in my early UT playing days when I needed a nickname. I played TFC under it or "Blackdeath" too (played a medic mainly who could infect the enemy). Can't be bothered to change it now.
