Quite the contrary: Have a separate section of the map (away from the action) where scouts can run around wearing bunny costumes. That will attract all the snipers trying to shoot the rabbits allowing the rest of us to play in peace (well, as much peace as can be in a game like that :-))

I have my own two sniper technique (unpatented unfortunately). It involves me absorbing as many bullets as possible so that the other sniper has an easier time of things and is guaranteed to make you win.

Disclaimer: This technique is not guaranteed to make win, not even slightly.
