I've been ill most of this week and I've pretty much played all the games I can play so any games (or significant mods of existing games) that you guys think are good would be awesome as I've exhausted most of my usual time sinks.
Games I like and/or have already played to death:
Hitman Series Fallout 3/NV Oblivion/Skyrim S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series BF3/BC2 TF2 Half-Life series Command and Conquer series Max Payne series Deus Ex series Dragon Age Origins F.E.A.R. series GTA series (GTA IV still runs like shit and most of the older games have crappy control schemes for PC) Portal 1&2 Prototype Infamous Saints Row 2 and 3 Super Meat Boy Dawn of War series Halo Series AoE series Batman Arkham series Thief series Fable III Mass Effect series RAGE Sims3 Tropico Crysis series
Any suggestions would be awesome, thanks.

Budget?
If you're after free to play options, MOBA games are huge potential timesinks. LoL is probably the best starting point, but you could always go for DotA 2 if you get hold of a key.

the little time I have for games atm has been spent on AOE online. Really enjoying it though you mentioned that in the list of games you played to death. If you have 20 mins to spare, you can always rock some bots on UT2004 or something (something that I get great satisfaction from )

If you liked Super Meat Boy you'll like Dustforce (should be on Steam). Kind of needs a gamepad for control, but great timesink.

Unlimited budget and Chug, I have a NES pad and an Xbox360 pad for my PC so I'll give that a go, thanks.
I'll also have a look at cry of fear.

Have you heard of Team Fortress 2? It's free to play ducksOn a slightly more serious note: The Assassins Creed's series is pretty good. I saw a pack yesterday in a shop where you got the last 3 for like 40-50 Euros, not sure if you'll find as good a deal as that.

Cave Story+ is a great little time sink and worth 7 quid of anyone's money. Retro goodness. Oh and I'll add you on Steam and send you a guest pass for Nuclear Dawn.

Play Cthulu Saves the World, it's about £2 and easily one of the best RPG's I've ever played.

This game is pretty awesome, just played 5 hours straight of it. Getting a little repetitive but most games do after 5 hours, also not bad for 2 quid, and I got another (similar) game thrown in for free (on steam).
