I believe I posted a poor troll some weeks ago about playing a class with banned weapons both in 6v6 and highlander making any tutoring on this class useless for competitive play - and my troll has been ignored.

Waiting till you've jumped over the sticky and are descending is how a lot of the jumps to mid on blands work.
But as lefty said, for max distance, learn to strafe.
