Well, you really oughta answer this one yourself: Are you interested in the alternatives to the path you have chosen? I have also heard of people who don't want to replay because it would make them feel like they "retconned" their shepard. They made their decisions the first time around and going back in would be like playing from a guide or something. Edit: Also, there are some minor differences depending on your gender.

I have (had) a "cannon" Shep; my first playthrough using no guides or anything that I am (was) going to carry through (its slightly different now I've had to replay the game, but most of the key choices will be the same). Everything else since has pretty much been twatting about with different dialoge choices and skill trees.

I've only had one playthrough. I may do a renegade one at some point but I'm unlikely to do more than that.

I personally did: what I would do, the opposite of that, hardcore paragon, hardcore renegade and then faffing about with choices I've never done. Yeah, if you're mostly paragon (I assume most people are on the first runthrough) one renegade run is awesome.

Pfff...I only did paragon runs to see the other options. Being a goody-goody zombie space bad-ass just seemed wrong.
I stand by the statement that assholes in Bioware games have all the fun/punch all the wimmins.

Yeah, but paragon is better written/makes more sense. (As long as we ignore any dialog with cerberus)
Renegade often gives me the impression they forgot that it's not supposed to be evil.

My favourite playthrough is always my first, choosing good for all the big decisions, yet being a dick to everyone.

The average was in relation to the story, there is nothing else new in it (except another medigel and another heavy skin weave). There are no new enimies, weapons or powers and you have 1 ally for about 10 minutes who is basically Mordin with Overload. It's not great, but it does hint a little bit at whats going to happen at the start of the next game.

Just finished ME2. Really thrilling end and epic. Had all loyalties except Miranda (Lost it when she and jack got to a fight ) and lost Legion at the Collector base door. Resource gathering was tedious and i didnt explore / scan all planets. All in all 2 thumbs up. When on sale GET IT!!!

She was my only casualty in the finalé.
