This is just a quick thought on teams. I was popping in and out of the server tonight, but I could see some people were getting really frustrated at one-sided games. I know what it's like and I'll try to switch if I can see there's an issue, but it takes a few games to figure out if it's a fluke or a massive imbalance.

So, if your side is getting totally hammered and it's just no fun, please speak up in the chat. Anyone can change sides, and admins can scramble teams if it's really bad. Sometimes it's not always immediately obvious that it's a problem, and I'd rather people say something than just suffer and feel miserable about it. Also, even if I'm not actually in the server I'm occasionally 'around' in Steam chat, so if there's something that really needs sorting, message an admin and we'll do something if possible.

Oh yeah, quick note.
Complaining about your team isn't going to improve things.

If I am on a losing team (usually BLU on Dustbowl), I will offer constructive criticism and to show I'm not being brash, I'll even offer myself some. For example, I should kept a closer eye on my Medics, though in fairness, they should have popped their Ubers earlier.
Everyone knows what to do to improve (including myself) and we can hopefully make a comeback.

And if that fails, we blame the Engineers. Cheesy

More specifically he hasn't been seen since June. He's still got payments set up to the clan though, don't know if anyone's been able to contact him. Undecided
