There is no way I'm camping
If there is a bus put on, that'll get me there. Getting back will probably be taxi sharing as I reckon most people will be using the same hotels.
The UKCS people who went to i51 seemed to feel it was okay and the improved venue outweighed the hotel issues. Might be worth checking with Kovah perhaps, she went and stayed in a hotel. I'll ask her

Many more than 1000.
That's why they're doing a deal with several hotels and why Coventry Council, who are really really keen to have the LAN in Coventry, ran a special free bus between the hotels and the arena for the Spring LAN.
To be honest, all the Council need to do is run the bus later and it wouldn't matter.
Anyhow, apparently the Novotel is within walking distance (20 mins) and the phonelines open at 9am

Had a quick chat with Kovah
They stayed here:
Premier Inn
Nuneaton/Coventry
Coventry Rd
Nuneaton, Warwickshire CV10 7PJ
about 7/10 mins drive away but worked out about £20 a night cheaper than nearer ones.
there seemed to be plenty of taxis
Venue was really good
They all really really enjoyed themselves!
