We can implement this pretty quickly.
Further thoughts or suggested tweaks to poll welcome

I personally think that a crit vote isn't a good idea. Pretty safe to say that most people would prefer stability on a server regarding a factor such as crits that has a big impact on general play (especially the play experience).
Nonetheless, I guess the option should be in this poll to see what others prefer.

Yeah. It's there as an option and for comment Also note that Server 2 will most likely be no crit. Would Server 1 being no crit too be to much duplication?

I think server 1 will still be the most popular server among the regs whenever there are enough people on it, and no crits is something that mainly the regs prefer. Having no-crits on both servers shouldn't be too much of a problem. But if we do want diversity it might be best to enable crits on server 2 (as that will be the quick play server) and disable them on server 1.
I have been playing on quite a few 'average' servers lately (full servers, but no one talks and quite a few new players) and whenever a crit vote came up the majority would actually vote to keep crits on. This happened quite often, to my surprise (and dissapointment, damn crits..)

if crits are off can we have damage spread off and fixed weapon spread on as well?
Damage spread often manages to annoy me more than crits

I've no objection to that Yonder. Don't know what others think.
To be honest I doubt I'd notice; I think you actually need to be able to hit things to tell.

Why not make Tuesdays Event Non-Crit event?

That's exactly what Server #2 used for but it didn't get much use. The problem is that it becomes a bit of a pain to switch in and out the config but there is a plugin like this https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=753004 that allows you to configure daily configs. Again though - it means that depending on which day you join the server you have a different experience which I don't think is good for getting consistent gameplay on the server.

How will I kill anyone without crits?
It does make playing engie totally pointless if you can't get those wrench crits

I've never really felt that playing engie. Overall I've probably played more engie with crit disabled than enabled because I've mainly played it in Highlander mostly.
I normally have to rely on my sg or shotgun. I'm hopeless with a wrench, I'm not good with melee anything

I agree with Yonder about the damage spread and weapon spread, its quite nice to know where your shots will actually go. And as deadly says, I think we should focus on consistent gameplay experience on the man server.

I've changed the poll to finish on Thursday.
If it finishes in favour of no crits that might give us time to change it for Friday.
Either way, the vote is fairly evenly split which we need to take into consideration.

Held a couple of votes on the server tonight to get the feelings from people who don't go on the forum (all players involved were good Regs) Unanimously and enthusiatically for no crits (I got 11 names, might have been a couple more). I'm now wondering if we should make Server 2 a crit server though

That supports the idea that we should disable crits on the main server. But I am still hesitant on whether it should be disabled on the second server as well. There are actually quite a few people out there who prefer to play with crits. These are mainly the slightely newer players, but there are quite a few 'veterans' who prefer playing with crit chance.
Look at our poll for instance. It does show that most here would like crits disabled (50% votes for noncrits) but the fact that 30% voted for enabling crits shows that there are quite a few who like playing with crits in our community. And the members who voted on this poll are all pretty much veteran tf2 players.
Long story short: Disabling crits on the main server is a good idea, but enable them on the second server. There are enough players who prefer playing with crits. It might also give WDG a chance to attract a more diverse group of players if both of the servers become active.
