Yo shit Disco I was lying. The Airburst on that bomber assignment is actually an unlock for the UCAV, it just adds the ability to leftclick to detonate it like an XM25 shell. The other assignment for the bomber is a cruise missile unlock for it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=68wa0u0s3A8 |

Haha nice. I particularly like how he walks into it in the second clip. I agree with the point though - the china rising heavy bomber absolutely sucks. For how much damage it does you don't have nearly a high enough reload/fire rate and the fall time is so long as well. They should make it so that the heavy bomber does actually make a difference - almost enough to clear an entire point (unless you're behind cover / prone) - but then nerf the shots fired/cooldown time appropriately. |

I particularly like how he walks into it in the second clip. "URGH!" Thats the Jets JDAM bomb though, theyre meant to be used against vehicles I believe. Its just a classic example of realism vs. game balance. The Stealth Bomber on China Rising isnt all that bad tbh, its really effective against stationary tanks so you kinda force their AntiAir-player to stay on the move instead of camping in the spawn. I still havent unlocked the cruise missile for it but Id guess that would make it a lot more useful. Im kinda done with this until Second Assault is out. Played all the exisiting maps too much. |

There was a new big patch last night. They finally fixed that superdumb fade from black when you spawn in. They also goofed and made the Second Assault weapons available already, alltho the AS VAL is the only you can get right now since its the only that doesnt require you to do anything on the new maps. I was playing for like an hour last night and didnt get any bullshit deaths eventho I was on the Pure server with 160 ping, so I guess netcode got fixed aswell? It isnt a DICE patch without a huge fuckup tho, Commander mode got completely broken, UAV scan doesnt work and everyone with a killstreak of 1(!) can be marked HVT rofl.
