Ive never had a problem with mmoga for years. There was one incident last year with Brink where the key didnt work (but that was a problem for most retailers). After Ive sent them a supportticket, they gave me a new one. So Id say you can trust them.
I preordered GW2 on amazon. All they did was send me an empty dvd case with a code in it that works on both beta and the full game. So youre not missing out on anything if you just get a key online, they dont ship the game on dvds (unless its the collectors edition ofcourse)
