well I was gonna wait until Febuary so I could be all 1 MONTH PEOPLE WOOOOOOOO DANCE PARTY but since you won't stop bitching:
Well it's been 29 days. I don't wake up craving a cigarette and now can hang around people who smoke without needing to smoke myself. Still I can't drink without needing a cigarette pretty bad so I think for quite some time I'm going to have to go easy on alcohol. Theres the odd hour every day near enough when I'll really want a cigarette but I've not failed yet.
I've gotten over my cold but my nose is still fucked, to the extent where I'm getting nosebleeds; which I used to get a fuckton as a kid but haven't (thinking about it for about 10 years, aprox how long I've been smoking for)
There's still a deep constant need for a cigarette though, I wonder if it'll ever go away, but I still really want a cigarette.

Figured partly as a result of this and the realisation as to just how much I can save a week, deciding to kick it before it really starts I suppose.
Cough / Cold I have atm I know has been exemplified by smoking (though I haven't in about a week), and I just can't be bothered with the £12+ a week or so whilst a uni student.
Same reasoning for posting this as Tommy really, as I check these forums every couple of hours hopefully it'll serve as a reminder.

Aye it really isn't that bad if you have a decent distraction (chewing gum and LoL in my case) and the loving affection of Brahms (£12 a bargain). Also ignore TP. Also a wee blog isn't a bad idea, attention is nice and it gives you an extra obligation to people not to smoke.
