Lost my island last night and in trying to find it discovered a new continent. I have named it Amillirica and the village I found is now named Millitown. It is only exceptional for it's total lack of trees.
If anyone finds my island they can keep it.
If anyone finds my continent PLANT SOME TREES!

kinda regret spawning villagers for myself an milli now, just figured out how to restart a village legitimately. Basically random zombies can spawn as a zombie villager, and zombie villagers can be cured by hitting them with a splash potion of weakness and force feeding them a golden nugget apple. We got super lucky and have a zombie spawner right in the village so we basically can produce infinite replacement villagers. We had a zombie "drill" in place since we found the spawner which pulls them to the surface so you can kill them. (xp grinders got nerfed but you can still get items off them including the rare potatoe or carrot drops). The drill now functions as a villager reclaimater as it traps them nicely in a shaded room where the procedure can began for the transformation!

we legitimised our village by "accidentally" releasing a zombie plague against all spawned villagers. We now have 1 original villager left and 5 that we saved from being zombies. Kenny may have burnt a few plague survivors. We can now offer replacement villagers to anyone who needs them via the drill and transport through the nether.
Milli are you happy with your spawned villagers or would you like to obtain some legitimate replacements from the drill?

me and twitch found a zombie villager yesterday, it literslly took us 15 minutes of sailing (via a couple of wood planks taken from the pirate cove if thats ok) in a straight line but we finally found land, and it was a bloody half assed snow biome.
Those massive ocean biomes truly live up to their name

Boss though... I like the idea of an ocean that is actually a stress to cross. Though I suppose nether travel takes the fun out of it realy.

Yeah, I'd prefer it if the Huge Biomes map type stressed it vertically as well as horizontally, atm it's just rhe old biomes stretched so to speak. The ocean really isn't that deep, so it just seems like a giant fishing lake full of squid.

Mountains pushing towards the current limit would be cool though.

extreme hills got a bit of extra height, if we can find any in the new area.
Is noone excited about my experimentation on zombies? We are getting all frankenstein up in here. Throwing potions on test subjects, feeding them strange medicines etc. Watching them convulse and eventually transform.

My villagers are mega stupid and are only happy finding new ways to get beyond the walls and turned into zombies. Last night I had 3 left who were being watched over by a paranoid golem. Next time I'm on I'm removing all the stairs to the walls.
On the plus side I have trees. Lots of them, thanks to Lully and a bit of exploring (ie getting lost)

host seems to be having problems currently. I dont know if brahms has gotten any emails about it? I will have a poke about later. Also the next snapshot is due later today. Probably going to install it on the weekend for piggy riding, will wait for critical bug fixes though.
EDIT: They reported a DDOS attack on their US servers yesterday meh. Who knows whos doing it but it looks like its hitting all their infrastructure now.
