Well there is a slim possibility that if I can get some reinforcements there, they'll last out. I'd need someone to chuck me some red coins though. The unit itself is level four, so it's rolling 8 coins... with some reinforcements they could last it out.

Does anyone know what happens when your reinforcement are due at the moment of the engagement?

No, but this seems like a good chance to find out.
RNG gave back for its bastardry in sending a horde my way by promptly sending them off in the other direction, leaving my elves to stroll in through the skeleton garrison. Thanks, RNG.
