Well only tried singleplayer so far. A big metagame for me is trying to break the game by not participating in all the scripting events it has (which was expected). So far my biggest achievements are finding an open doorway (with no door in it) which I was unable to pass, until the scripted sequence played out and making a specialized combat unit wait for me to get in position for 10 minutes as I got myself something to drink.

I bought it for multiplayer of course, but singleplayer appears to be even more on rails to me than BC2.

I FUCKING MAD RIGHT ABOUT NOW!

Had a shitty long day at work, but during my break I called Asda to see what was going on with this back order shit, and when I could expect my copy. The lady on the phone said it's fine, it'll be shipped tomoro and I should have it before 7pm. Fantastic I though, and went back off to work.

On my walk home I lolled at the shitnerds queuing in GAME to get their midnight release. Then when I got to my computer, I have an email from Asda saying "Thank you for contacting us today, as per your request, we have cancelled your order"

lolwut?!

And to make things worse, I made myself a burrito of sorts (tortilla wrap and left over chilli from the night before). I didnt realise as I took a massive bite of it that its contents were hotter than the sun. So now the roof of mouth is in fucking tatters, and I'm apparently not getting my game tomoro FML

Was quite pleased with the Game Pre-Order process tbh, £30 and it arrived nice and early. Why on earth would anyone buy it via the download service?

That said, If you have to you can get it for £34 here, they basically just give you the code to plug into Origin. http://www.greenmangaming.co.uk/games/shooter/battlefield-3-limited-edition/
