Alright then. I swore never to go back to this game again, but after a week without a gaming PC I'm willing to give it another go. Unfortunately I can't host a game yet (need 20 credits, I only have 18 and I'm not paying for this torture), but since I just joined another free game I should have enough credits by the end of it.

Who would be up for a game when I host it? People who don't know the game should play one or two free games to see how it goes. Since the games run about a week and longer there is some time to get up to speed for everyone.

It is a realtime browser game and it is sloooooooow.

EDIT: Actually just realized, it costs 10 credits to join a premium game. But there is a free premium game with 10 open slots there right now, which I joined. So if you're quick, we might all end up in the same game.

You've not really sold this game to me with your complaints about it Power... What kind of PC you got available? Maybe you could play Minecraft, from the looks of it I'd expect it to have pretty modest system requirements.

My PC can't play anything remotely 3d or 2d with 3d models for that matter. I play X-Com on it and some old stuff from Good Old Games.

This game is good, it just takes forever to finish a round.

Is this one of those games where if you don't check it for a day you get raped?

Well not completely raped, but some bad things can happen. It takes days to completely wipe out someone, even if he isn't looking.

Can't see the game, guess I've missed the boat. Damn.

I've sung the praises of their new game, Blight of the Immortals, over and over- once that's a bit more stable I'm planning to pick up a key and get a WDG game going with that. It's co-op focused and a bit less reliant on logging in constantly (you can get away with 10 minutes a day if you're lucky), but it's still very much in beta mechanics wise- the dev likes to make sweeping changes that led to most people in my game getting curbstomped in a few days, before he toned it down a bit and left us survivors to fight the leftover hordes.
