I don't think lack of balls has ever been an issue for Arnie to be honest.
Shame to see one of the more surreal periods of US politics come to a close, really.

He's also the one wanting to introduce only-for-videogames no-selling-games-to-minors-if-M-ratings; he's not exactly a fan of the games, boo to him

M rated games shouldn't be sold to minors anyway.

Really don't understand the dispute behind this, it's not like they're trying to ban them completely. We've been doing this in the UK for years.

The problem is it is discriminating against games, while films (and books, TV shows, other media, etc.) over there won't have the same laws applied.
That is what you might call a slippery slope, thus my personal issues with it. With Americans it also screams bloody murder of the 1st amendment and other things (Edit: one other thing being the possibly self-censorship down to below M ratings if somewhere like Wal-Mart says "no" to stocking such things because it's more hassle to sell or something - already happened for AO games after all, which are our 18 rating).

It's pretty pointless really, It's debatable whether violent games really impacts development, but if kids can't buy them in the shops, they'll just download them for free (or buy them from a mate in school who pirates them) and the developer gets nothing. Just like Porn.

I disagree chuggy...testicular atrophy would have been unavoidable during his pumping iron period
