endorsements = power ups
standard classes come with predefined endorsements
when you unlock a custom class you can specify which ones you get, i.e tweak your abilities
every class has a primay/gold endorsement, a silver and a bronze

e.g. the standard sniper could come with:
gold armour endorsement (+60% armour)
silver reload speed (+40%)
bronze clip zise (+20%0

but with your custom class you could have a sniper with:
gold juice start (+60% juice on respawn)
silver accuracy
bronze speed

etc etc

after creating/designing character you CAN rebuilt them, so really you only need one or two classes  (Im tempted to make two classes of same character, one to start the round with and then one to swap to when other powers buit up etc... not sure how it would work though)

I've waited as long as possible, so I just bought a single copy of the game @ 18:59 CET (that's exactly 1 minute before the end of the offer). I'm downloading the game right now, but with an average of 1.8MB/s it's just 17 minutes!

Who is your ISP again?
I had the same problem as you when I was on UKOnline/Skyconnect, It's basically down to TF2 using UDP packets for traffic, which are on a low priority with the ISP's traffic filters ... so they get dropped quite a lot.
games using TCP, like BC2 were ok.

My new ISP costs me an extra 50p / day but it's worth it to actually be able to game.

O2. Hadn't had an issue before Christmas, but since I've been back at uni I'm getting unplayable choke. It's not a rate issue and it's not a firewall problem, so I'm a bit stumped. More details in the Internet issues thread in Technical, should probably try and keep this on topic Wink
