When I was reading the posts on the town forum, I almost came to a point were I was trying to commit suicide (ingame that is).
I really think it was a good idea to take the chain and build a lock. I was lucky to find a lock in our last town. After I build the curtain, I kept some very useful items in my chest. Like a bandage which I gave to Deadly when he needed it after using the EMS. I also hold on to some duct tape, so people couldn't finish the Screaming Saws (so saved N&B).
The whole idea of joining a town with 4 coalition was that we can work together, survive as long as possible, go on expeditions together and help/protect each other. Guess I was wrong. Sure, I understand if you don't agree with the theft, but I'm sure curious did it for us, the other

That guy was truly overreacting, theft is part of the game and I'm sure it wasn't the first time he got robbed.
I play games because I like it. I got enough things to handle with at work, don't need the same shit in my own time.

I was still in the wrong too, also a baaad thief, i only repaired the thing because I was tired. Otherwise it would have been the perfect crime, and he would have just raged on the forum and forgotten about it.
The original intent was to just lock my chest so we could keep stuff in it.
In regards to theft though, its part of the game and I assumed we are playing as a team which would include backing each other up in cases of theft, are people uncomfortable about taking items and then keeping this secret? I assumed everyone would be ok with this given its a just a game about a zombie apocalypse where I stole some pretend junk off a guy. We need a coalition rule on this either no stealing, or no grassing heh.

This to be honest. Just because we're joining together doesn't mean we have to stick to a universal playstyle. As long as we're all working towards the survival of the town at the end of the day, steal, poison and shun away. Just don't expect others trying to keep the peace to back you up with the shun cannon.

Yes I should have asked first, I made another bad assumption that no matter the justification I don't think we should tolerate coalition members being threatened. And while I didn't speak for the coalition as a whole I knew I could get enough support to shun by asking members later and explaining he wants to attack me and is being a dick.
Coalitions are anonymous which is another reason why I used the word coalition lightly because he has no idea who is in it, theres no way to check and no clan tags. If we are playing this as a collection of individuals which it sounds like at the moment, then don't identify yourself unnecessarily. Instead of coalition I should have said people who agree with me but thats long winded.

10pm for some reason. You can also spend your AP building, converting, etc, and the outside becomes more dangerous as zomb numbers increase, so the focus switches to expeditions to specific resource rich sites.

Everyone exerts at least 2 control points, which is the left number below the map. If the number of control points drops below the number of zombies, you're trapped, which means you can't move without being wounded (bad) either kill some of them with whatever weapon is to hand (don't bother trying to fight them) or put out a call for help on the forums and someone will hopefully come out and rescue you.

Coordinate with them on the forums? Or speak in the game. It's bad form to wander off without warning if the other person is relying you, but if they can't get on again before the attack they have no choice.
