Wow, bunch of retards in that one. No buildings built the first day and then gates left open second nights so 100 zombies got in (pretty high horde for day 2 to be fair). So i'm dead and open for a coalition, preferably with people I know but i'll take anything if it means getting into our uber town. I'm not a hero either atm (may buy some days soon) so I can't pick your town if i'm not in a coalition.

Okay, I don't have any idea how this game works, but it appears to me, any way you work it, you're pretty much doomed. If so, what is the point to play this? Try to survive a day longer?
I'm not a mathematician, so I know fuck all how many days you can survive, but is it more or less like this?
If theoretically you start out with 1 zed in each sector (you don't), then on the first day it would be (12x12)-1 = X zombies. Assuming no zombie outside of the town was killed before the first attack and every sector gets one more zombie on the next day (I don't know if it's true) then it's ((12x12)-1)x2 = X zombies and so on. So theoretically:
Day 1: 143 Zombies (way too high estimation, because many sectors are initially empty, but I want to show the trend)
Day 2: 286 Zombies
Day 3: 429 Zombies
Day 4: 527 Zombies
The numbers I usually see are lower than this, is it because not every sector has a zombie in it initially or not every sector gets and additional zombie? Or do they get killed a lot?
I'm almost considering if (assuming a perfect teamplay) it would be better to raid the outskirts of the town with optimized travelling patterns to keep the zombie numbers low instead of "wasting" the AP to get stuff with defense points too low to overcome the raising numbers in first place.

I don't think the number of zombies on the map has any reflection on the number of zombies that hit the town in the nightly attack.

Actually on the french version one of my towns survived for 23 days, placing us second in the leaderboards. If everyone is organized the zombies are not a problem anymore, the real problem is the lack of water.

Well that's fine, Sonic. But what happens if you'd build EVERYTHING there is. If you reach the top possible amount of defense points. But the zombie numbers keep rising. Eventually the zombie forces will rise over the defense points and everybody dies. So what is the point? It's just a click counter if that is the case. Most browser games are, but I've seen better.

I do not think that a town ever managed to build everything. Besides, they always update it with new features and buildings. You can get much more defense points than in the original game in much more ways.

I'm not argue that there isn't enough to do, I'm arguing, that it doesn't have a point, since eventually you just die. The only difference is you die later if you are really really good.
