I'd go with Interstellar over The Imitation Game.
I've heard the Imitation Game is a little disappointing too and I also reckon that it's the sort of film that won't lose if you see it on television. Interstellar definately benefits from a big screen

Wow, my local IMAX screen will charge me £13 to see Interstellar - and that's with the student discount...!

Kingsman is an extremely silly film, but excellent fun.

Interstellar Bluray came out this week! Watched it again for the second time at home and it's still a fantastic movie. Lots of stuff I didnt catch the first time, like always with Nolan films (around christmas I saw Inception for the 6th time and there were still new details I discovered). Definitely benefits from viewing it in theatres but is just as good of an experience on a TVscreen. I can't believe Hans Zimmer didnt win best score for this. Also spoilers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-TkSkptsyuY

Watched What We Do In The Shadows recently, brilliant film. For those of you who don't know, it's a horror comedy mockumentary about vampires living in Wellington, New Zealand. The movie plays with and makes fun of various vampire tropes and recent fads regarding vampires. I highly recommend it.

It Follows is worth seeing. It's slow, suspenseful horror, not one if you're looking for jump scares & gore, but beautifully shot and an amazing soundtrack.

Finally got around to watching The Raid 2 since it finally popped up on Netflix - honestly can't decide if it or the original are the better film. They're easily the best martial arts films to come out in the last decade and probably contenders for best action films too. Even my wife enjoyed the Raid 2 for the sheer brilliance of the fight scenes.

Raid 2 was excellent and I appreciate it a lot from a technical standpoint. Some of the camerawork in that movie is fantastic. Raid 1 had the cooler story and better endfight but 2 tried to make a universe out of that little world and succeeded for the most part. What version did you see Chug? The american one is cut and also adds a lot of unnecessary music that breaks tension.
