Went and saw World War Z earlier. I really liked it. Surprisingly non gory for a zombie movie, impressive visuals. I was surprised to see Moritz Bleibtreu play a character in the later parts, hes my favorite german actor  |

Pacific rim is great if you want a dumb action movie where robots punch monsters. Story is utter wank though.

Saw World's End at the weekend. A bit more thoughtful than I was anticipating. Good film.

Just went through it. The epilogues they did on the maincast were really cool and gave needed closure to the movie. Especially the footage about FEZ was superinteresting, because by the end of the main movie the game wasnt out yet. There was some new light shed on design decisions behind the ending of the game. I lold on the segment about internet hate on Edmund when they indirectly mentioned TheBestGamers. Additionally they had some new developers in this, for example Derek Yu with Spelunky, he gave a really interesting segment on the difficulties of level design in roguelikes just well worth the price if you liked the movie. Its basically a whole new films worth of content. |
