As with previous Star Wars game trailers, I think the game related "film videos" are better than the more recent Cinema released films!

Gears of war and the recent full length Halo Reach - both examples of awesome trailers.

Even though I hate Halo, the video alone really made me want to play the game.

The problem with the game trailers is... there are in 99% of all cases NOTHING like the actual game. Heck.. even game intros are in 9ß% of all cases nothing like the actual games.

I like DICE-trailers, they usually contain some damn cool mp gameplay which ofcourse is staged but damn pretty much everything they put out for their battlefield games made me wanna buy them.

And on the other hand I hate publishers who put out trailers, that just contain rendersequences and no actual gameplay.

Yeah, dice trailers are at least in-game. Having a render is just full on stupid nowadays. Reminds me of the time watching some epic render for the game that turned out to be a 2d-pseudo-iso turn based wank.

And @ Power, yeah, I know the trailers are nothing like the real games, but I just created this thread for cool trailers tbh.

Did anyone ever play "Star Wars Jedi Knight Dark Forces II"? The in game cut seans were better than the actual game play. Very blocky 3D graphics. Then there would be a cut scean and it would be actors and CGI.

Watching these trailers just make me want to load up "Jedi Outcast" and play the ladder map again

EDIT: Actually, to contribute, I liked the trailer for The Witcher 2. The one where he fights the guy with horns. But weirdly I can't find it again...
