I had the pleasure of meeting Larolaro last night in game.  

For those not in the know, he is the community player who designed the tankbuster (solly) polycount pack.

He's a real nice guy and has a sparkly black box (Wink lolol Tongue) , but he did let us know how much money he had made from sales of his items which he had received yesterday....

After TWO WEEKS of sales, Valve has given him a whopping £25,000 !!!!! (tax to be deducted).

They originally planned to pay proceeds of sales through PayPal, obviously they underestimated the amounts involved....

So this competition has turned into a proper good earner for the winners !

NB Being the good sport he is, he dropped about £100 worth of gifts to the servers players, I got about 4 weapons but traded some for a name tag Smiley, I do have two left bearing his name though Smiley

Yeah, because collecting hats and admiring hats has really bogged down the gameplay a lot. And duels aren't just a pay to play version of the old dominations and nemesis system which has been in the game since forever.

S'ok hzzy we were having a friendly sarcasm off, at least friendly in my eyes.

Although if sarcasm had never been invented I'd agree with both of those statements precisely. I don't think the recent patches have particularly improved the game.
