With regards to confusing the first and second purchase of Chime, I purchased it *after* I received the refund from PayPal - and a simple check of transaction numbers would make it clear they were based around different transactions. The PayPal disputes are linked to specific transactions and was linked to the original transaction.
Yes, it should be clear.
However:
You made a purchase. PayPal said you did, Steam said you did not and gave you no game. PayPal refunded the game.
Then you make the
same purchase again. PayPal said you did. Steam said you did and gave you the game. Now they say PayPal disputes the purchase.
Don't you think it would be more advisably to
verify that both transactions have been conducted correctly than simply
relying on the fact that it should have been the case because of transaction number etc? Just to
rule out that chance that PayPal might have screwed up?
