It's definitely the chime thing here, steam automatically disables your account when it is in debt or there is a payment dispute. And basically I don't think valve has enough well trained support staff, I get canned responses anytime I try to contact them and they refuse to discuss anything. Which pretty much to me says they are massively overstretched.

They really are evil f*cks when its about money. My old account got disabled because I bought Counterstrike for 7 bucks and for some reason Clickandbuy (didnt have Paypal back then) screwed it up. 2 Days later -> Disabled. Couldnt do anything against this, I tried everything but no success :/

And what if the item has already been passed on to other people? Undo those trades too? What if the item has been crafted into a hat? What if it was a crate and it has been opened? |

I figure if they're caught trade scamming, either ban them from trading all together, or have them on like a "Scam-Offenders" list. So if someone who has be caught scamming tries to trade with you, it comes up very clearly that that person has been caught scamming before so you may not want to trade with them
