Christ, that's class 4 laser license only stuff right there. Over the summer I used the razor blade test (move a razor across a beam to find its width and power) on the newly focused laser in the lab running at about 3MW, only for it to cheerfully burn straight through the razor. It won't exactly kill you with that pulse length, but it'll sting like hell.
