I love how disgusted the audience look. I know that stuff happens, and it happens because it has to happen to be affordable. There is no shame in that.

Its a bit doublethink meta to make an anti-factory marketing video and pass it off as a pro-marketing video but with a bunch of shots of disgusted audience who you are supposed to side with. I am pro animal welfare but i really don't like when some militant vegan feels I have to be tricked into agreeing, sort feels like they aren't confidant in their arguments or that their audience is stupid.

I thought it was interesting, especially to see the peoples reactions. But it is likely a fake video designed to fire points at people in a manner that is indirect enough to convince them that they came to the conclusions of their own accord. I'm personally a vegetarian, but I've never felt the need to try and get anyone to change their point of view. If people want to change they'll do so on their own. I just thought the video was interesting, and thus I posted it here.  |

You can TELL Something is off from the VERY START because she will randomly SHOUT THINGS in a very AGGRESSIVE manner. She comes across as militant from the very beginning but uses a few "jokes" and pointing out something silly to trick you into listening to her. The further you get into the video the less reserved she is and by the end of it, you can tell she has a full on screw loose.
Animal welfare is important and we shouldn't treat animals in a way we wouldn't treat humans. But this is not the way to go about pushing that idea, it's sneaky and comes across nasty and vindictive. People don't think about animal rights because life is too complex, it's not that they wouldn't care if they had time to, but they have other things to juggle so where Tesco gets it's meat from is lower on the concerns list than when Timmy is getting his new shoes and has to be picked up from football. Modern life is too complex to care about things beyond your immediate response.
