its indispensable in stuff thats lobby heavy like l4d, alien swarm and sc2. Its Handy In bc2 because the friends list is broken and we don't play on a server regularly. There are times when another conversation is happning on mumble but i think that usually arises from people not turning it off after scrims or games that need it

We only use it for officals/mixes or non-TF2 related activities; I don't think anyone uses it instead of ingame on the pub server as there would be no banter otherwise...
Exactly my point but in 100 words less

Also, That, quite often I'll just sit in mumble (BFM or WDG) and just talk to people while browsing the webs.

It's Bob Hoskins, Cockney of Win and one time face of British Telecoms and (IIRC) British Gas. He was also Smee in Hook.

He also played Mario Mario (yes, that was actually his name) in the 1993 Super Mario Bros. movie.

Fun fact, my nickname used to be Smee for years during my CS time. Though that was after a joke and not after Captain Hook. I wasn't familiar with a character named Smee back then.
//EDIT: On topic - I hate mumble, it makes me interact with people.

And he "starred" in Who Framed Roger Rabbit in 1988 (were some of you born then??) .. where he nearly went nuts whilst acting to himself (allegedly). EDIT: And I was expecting my "last tango in paris" comment to de-reail this thread. Nowhere near as effective as a Hoskins de-rail though! :O

'The Long Good Friday' was one of Hoskins best. Also Last Tango was avant garde at the time for it's sexual content in mainstream cinema
