Yes to both; been following Brink for a while, looks tits. And the E3 Bulletstorm trailer was awesome. Definatly something to help get over the Realism-fatique.

It will be released in september 2011 I think
Brink could become a really good game if they put enough content into it.
I hope that we will get more good news from it in the near future.
Dedicated servers, steamworks... I like that
