As some of you will have heard me bitching about ingame, Most evenings I have terrible packet loss problems. I have since determined that this issue seems to be worst on WDG1 ... see screenshots below:

I'm with UKOnline ADSL, which uses the Sky/Easynet network. Having done some research it seems that Sky have some kind of insane UDP throttling mechanism in place, presumably the internal links between Sky and Rackage are more heavily used (and thus shaped) than that other server I tried.
Hopefully the dedicated server move will help, if not i'm going to have to look for another ISP ... which I don't want to do, as UKOnline are great for mass downloading (no peak or offpeak limits for £15/month)

I have had problems with wdg1 on worse connections in the past. I could play games online with wireless internet just about except on wdg1. And its been iffy on other slow connections.
