didn't get round to notifying change of address because I havn't signed any new contracts yet, but moved out of the old place.

If you turn up anyway you might be able to Vote, there was a guy in the same situation as you on the ocuk forums, they let him vote using his old address.

Think that's a lie tbh. They're not allowed to do that otherwise electoral fraud would be too easy. You *have* to be registered and if you move, it's tough luck.

Yeah, kinda sucks, but then again you might have tried postal voting, could do that ages ago (and is a really weird area which isn't covered well by the law but oh well!).

I hope we get some changes so we can do the 1, 2, 3 voting rather then just an X - it'd certainly make me think more carefully about all the candidates.

lib dem was never going to win outright, best i was hoping for was a labour-lib coalition. Now we either get it on with the tories or labour forms a massive coalition and people bitch about it.

I seem to remember Nick Clegg vowing never to do a deal with Labour.

Edit: Just heard it's a Con/Lib alliance, amazed a politician sticking to something he said during an election campaign.

dunno yet, a liblab wouldn't satisfy majority yet need quite a few gains in the last seats for that, which is why we may be forced to go libcon, unless labour can find enough seats from one of the northern Ireland parties for a 3 party coalition of most likely never agreeing ever.
