Somehow, I found the demo fro in the first day that hats were released  <- that is a perfect use. A few days ago I found a Miners light and I am 3 scrap metals away from a random hat (wants Hound Dog) I remember I had 2 Master's Yellow Belts for sniper and then I found the new Shooter's Sola Topi hat. I decided I would craft the Master's Yellow Belts together only to get another Shooter's Sola Topi. I then crafted my bold engi (after I found my miners light) with my 2nd Sola Topi thing to get a batters helm. I just want a cool hat. Git. Although, I was using your hat tactically in that mix the other night; if the scout was wearing a hat, RUUUUUN! If it wasn't, I knew it was Cheez and that I could take him  . |

Those stats don't even make any sense. According to that a lot of people have hats equipped, without even owning them.
//Edit: Wait, I read the description wrong. Now I get it. Why are there people who have Ushanka and don't have it equipped?
