http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=18759I'm using Bullguard and having the same issue so I guess Bullguard uses the BitDefender AV engine. If you are on Vista/Win 7 64-Bit it will total your computer if you don't turn off active AV-protection. I caught it quickly but it still started blocking every single program on my computer so I could do nothing. It quarentined files from windows systems folders, ms office, kapersky, various other programs i've had to reinstall. But the most laughable thing, it quarentined itself and was unable to run scans because its own files were blocked. It marks everything as FakeAlert5 which is a fake AV program that blocks all your programs and holds your system to ransom... oh the massive irony.
