No, am on virgin media atm and hve used them previously, but I despise them, had constant problems with them. I'm not getting BT broadband, just the BT line, then I'm getting Be interwebs :3

I had another discussion with her later when she picked up her daughter.. I asked her if we could talk about it on the telephone or on another day without the kids but she didn't want to  
Well I told her that they have to sign the letter and that I can't change the text so they agree with it. I said I can't risk that the parents bring their sick kids and all the other kids get sick too.. I won't get any new requests then. Her answer: Well her daughter also can't come anymore when she loses her work because of me. I didn't react on that one.
She said she can't leave work when her daughter fx. starts vomiting and maybe it is because she ate too much. Hellooo??  

Well she will talk to her husband if they will sign the letter. If they won't I will talk to the woman from youth welfare office, as she is also the person we can talk to when we have problems with the parents. I'm not quite sure if that would be a legal reason to terminate the contract...?!

Bitch clearly cares more about her job than her kid. People like that shouldn't breed. If possible let her find someone else to look after her future criminal who will later write a bitter memoir about her and how distant she was and sell your space to someone who can agree to such necessary terms.

Awesome.. Actually I really had to warn myself inside to not tell her to find another childminder.. she won't. Every childminder handles the "the kid is sick"-situation like this. But at the moment I would be happy if she could find another childminder to argue with about that. Unfortunately, if she leaves, I will loose 400 € a month, and there are very few requests at the moment

Got a call from the magical PC people. They thought one of my RAM sticks was fucked, but have concluded it's an issue on the motherboard (as I had originally thought), more specifically with the dual channel memory whatchamacallit. I seem to recall trying it with just one RAM stick in though and still got crashes, but we shall see I guess

I was going to, but wasn't positive it was a mobo issue, and wasn't going to pump any money into the piece of shit just to find it was pointless. Plus, I needed the money for booze

Being objective Nadine, if you have indemnity insurance and you're prepared to put up with this kind of hassle from her, then you might not want to risk losing the 400 euros a month. However, if there are regulations governing how you are supposed to deal with children who are ill and this person doesn't agree to abide by them, you could end up invalidating your insurance and potentially end up paying out when some other family sues you if their child gets seriously ill. That's worst case but  there's always the danger of losing more clients as a result of allowing this one to ignore the rules. In your position, I'd stick to your guns and shoot them enforce the rules that are there to protect your livelihood in the long term

Just be ready for lan or I will/won't buttfuck you, which one is punishment for you I can never tell.

Also, Nick speaks truths; better to loose £400 a month then loose your means of making money altogether, or even getting sued.
