Having a bad day

The parents of one of the girls I'm taking care of treat me like I am a babysitter...
Difference between babysitter and childminder in germany:
babysitter: The parents pay them for watching the kid so they can go to the cinema or something (like.. 2-4 hours or something). The babysitter has to watch that the kid won't get hurt, maybe feed it and bring it to bed.
The babysitter is not self-employed, doesn't have the responsibility to teach and encourage the kid, doesn't need to get some further education... He gets 6-10 € per hour!
childminder: The childminder is self-employed and responsible for all his actions.. contracts.. money.. taxes.. whatever. The childminder watches the kid while the parents are at work (4-12 hours). The childminder made a qualification over some months, he has the responsibility to teach and encourage the kid, he has to get some further education each year.. He gets 3 € per hour after the course (in Flensburg).
I'm sorry but is it stupid that I'm totally pissed that they treat me like a babysitter? I am the one making the rules! If they don't like them, they maybe should find another childminder.. unfortunately they won't as everyone HAS to do it like that.. The problem today was that I wrote a letter which said that if the kid gets ill while it is here the parents have to come
immediately and pick the kid up. Today they told me:
They can't accept that. Sooo? I don't care! I can't risk the other kids getting ill too because they won't leave work. It is the same in the kindergarden. If you don't pick up your kid there immediately, you'll get in biiig trouble with the boss.
I'm sorry I just had to blow off some steam.. Seems like I have to make an appointment with them (withut the kid) to discuss that. I am not a babysitter.. if the want a babysitter: I want 8 €/hour.
PS: In case you wonder why this bothers me so much: This is not the first time, they do stuff like that.. it took the 2 3/4 hours to pick up the girl when she was ill.. later I heard it was a highly contagious disease... then they told me, that I have to take care that she drinks more... if she doesn't want to, shall I box the bottle in her mouth or what?? Grrr
