My next door neighbour made me laugh last night. He hasn't had a proper job.... well ever, as "they" won't let him drive a bus for a living, he's been fostering a couple of girls, one with learning disabilities who has just turned 18 and so he's lost all their benefits so he's had to go out and get a job.
He's really skinny, has a moustache and looks a total wimp. He has got a job as as doorman. He came home from work yesterday in his uniform and a stab proof vest 5 size too big for him. I have never seen anything so ridiculous in my life.
On a different note it's my son's 6th birthday today. Lucky sod got a PS2, half a ton of Lego Star Wars stuff and a big tin of Mecano and that was just this morning.
