Today, after what must have been almost 2 years, I finally opened up and cleaned my laptop fans.
Think I could have knitted a nice Christmas jumper from what I took out. Laptop is now considerably quieter

Went away snowboarding up in them thar hills yesterday.Managed to flex the nose of my board enough to split the topsheet away from the core. Whoops

So I was up North today visiting relatives, exchanging Christmas things and the like and as usual I received a few cards containing cash.
I'd forgotten how varied and colourful Northern Irish Sterling is.

Today I was awaiting a package. I had talked to GLS on two seperate occasion confirming that it should arrive today between 8 am and 4 pm (ಠ_ಠ), so I had to stay away from classes to make sure I was there when it arrived.
At 4 pm I called GLS (with the shortest waiting time yet, only 8 minutes) and asked where my package was. Apparently some mistake had been made. It wasn't on the delivery truck this morning, but rather it have been put on the truck for delivery tomorrow (ಠ_ಠ).
Now I'm set to receive the package on Thursday when I (luckily) don't have classes, so I don't have to miss any more.
I dislike package delivery services.
