The demand for more housing is so strong that building more houses will simply make buying a house more affordable, there is no way enough will be built that would cause the market to tank.

At the moment making it easier to buy would more likely, just cause prices to increase to even more stupid levels.

By the way, just found out I've passed the interview. Apparently my score for the group exercise blew everyone else's 'out of the water'. At least I know what sort of management style they're looking for now.

I'm finally on the waiting list for a parking permit in Brighton, so in 12 months, I can park outside my house.

Had my offer accepted on a different flat, can't wait Smiley I think I got a reasonable deal, will be paying about 10% less than the previous owners did in 2008, and a few grand less than people paid for the neighbouring flats more recently (I <3 Zoopla for snooping on house prices). It's in a fibre area too Cheesy

On the downside my beloved Galaxy Note has died, started acting up and crashing last week, but it's fully gone today, won't make it past the boot animation. I've tried flashing it with a fresh stock rom but no dice, It still doesn't finish booting. Out of warranty and New motherboards on eBay are over £100 so I'm going to get something new. Using an old flip phone atm and feeling lost. Contracts still look like a rip-off compared to GiffGaff so I'm thinking about getting a nexus edition HTC One If they are available in the UK at the same time as they launch in the US tomorrow. There goes the money I was going to spend on furniture, guess it's freecycle time again.

9th wedding anniversary today, yep that's right, 9 years of hell wedded bliss.  Where did the time go?

To celebrate we went out for brunch and then watched the Hangover 3.  Not as good as 1 or 2 but you have to watch the end credits.

Plus I booked the Espace in for it's MOT on Friday.  It's a Renault Espace with mega mileage so the chance of it passing without needing serious surgery are on a par with Prince Charles becoming king in the next couple of years.  (possible but unlikely).

The more eagle eyed of you might have noticed I haven't been around much recently - the even more eagle eyed of those who have me on Facebook will probably have noticed that I got married last Friday. Was pretty much a perfect day (may pop some pics up if I feel exhibitionist) and am now sat by a pool relaxing my face off.
