caffeine is just going to stimulate adrenaline but youve probably had enough of that during the session. i havent read much on this but you are probably better off with a post exercise drink/food. def wouldnt drink red bull after exercise.

I would have thought that it's similar to eating just before bed etc. - if you drink red bull after exercise you pump a lot of sugar into your blood but because you're not doing anything it all gets converted into fat instead.

I've seen reel big fish a bunch of times and they always seem to get more disapointing and less enthusiastic. Maybe that's just me. :s

(the first time I saw them was fucking amaznig though, they steadily went from awesome to ok over about 7 or 8 gigs).

Do agree with you to an extent, first time I saw them they were super awesome, but I would say this one wasn't as good as the others I've been too, but still enjoyed it. Actually really liked the support band, Suburban Legends

Damm it Sam I am literally dripping with envy right now, My day was kinda funny
I got pissed off with these two lights that are being dumb (250 mac wash) so instead of fixing them I put them on eBay

Sold them for £1,020 (sweeeeeet)

Now I need to tell the boss that I am selling company property :S

I've been spending all of this week and most of last trying to order furniture on i-procurement for the Day Centre Open Day on Monday.

It's been..........hell.

I'm just about coming out the other side now.

Most of it has actually arrived now, 6 bookshelves, 2 rugs, 4 uplighters, 4 pc desks, 3 coffee tables, 3 laptop tables, 2 desks with drawers and 32 chairs of varying descriptions. May have over-ordered the chairs but you know how it is, you panic. But chairs always come in don't they.

Had to eventually code it all under 'replace kitchen items'. The system wouldn't allow 'replace furniture'.

I once got told that if I wanted a usb key I needed to order it off i-procurement so I just bought one of amazon instead.

Used to work a job that was basically 100% iproc though. Fun times.

Well I thought I was going to be disappointed this weekend after overclockers.co.uk let me down. They advertised on their website that if you ordered before 4pm on Friday you'd get upgraded to Saturday delivery for delivery today. Unfortunately that wasn't the case as their courier didn't handle the packages.

Having spoken to them a couple of times (rearranging delivery for before 10am on Wednesday first time), I'm now going to drive to their store so I can pick up the bits in person (they've given me a refund of the delivery charges and £20 off my order!). I'm very worried I'm accidentally going to spend a whole heap more money!

I spend a lot of time on their website so going to their shop is bound to be dangerous!
