So, moved into my new place on Monday. My new house is awesome - such take nice place. My room is significantly pink so I'm sleeping on a mattress on the floor until I've finished painting it. Just finished two of the walls and put the second coat on one of them but I get a feeling that it's going to need a third coat to suitably cover up the pink! The final wall is going to be a 'feature wall' and a slatey grey colour and the rest will be white.
I'm exhausted, this is the first time I've sat down and done nothing since Monday morning and that's only because I'm waiting for the paint to dry. If things go to plan, I'll have finished painting on Friday and can then start the fun of moving all my furniture and stuff into my room.
Should be getting internet again in about a week but it'll be super slow until we decide which fibre optic provider were going to go with.

Was serving some dude the other day, tbh, I didn't think I was doing that great a job. I was hungover to shit and all I could think about was going home. Anyway, at the end of the meal I'm chatting to him and he pulls out a business card and says if I'm ever interested in a change of career to give him a call.
Turns out he was the store leader for the Apple Store in Brighton, sweet irony =/

Matt (Vegan) used to work at Wagamamas, same position I'm in now, then left after getting a job in an Apple Store, although was killed just after he finished his training so never got to properly work there.
Perhaps not irony and just more coincidence, but meh.
