My life has spun completely out of control. I can barely admit it, but I have to, I have to tell someone. It's eating me up inside. Things have been going strangely for a long time. I can't say I understand how things changed, where the rot first began, it's lost in the haunted corridors of my memory, but I know that what I did then is lost to me now. Today is the first mark of some new chapter in my twisted development. What will come next I can't bear to contemplate because today... today I bought some whey protein.
