Been contacted to say that the Job is down to me and one other candidate, and my prospective team leader would prefer me. If the CEO agrees I'm In! Another couple of nail-biting days waiting lie ahead.
Gratz man <3.

Don't forget: There's no DNA in blood. They'll need skin or hair cells. Good luck.

Monday. Work! Whoop. A nice kick off to the week. First job in Tewkesbury, wrong part ordered. But that's ok, the fault description was a little wide of the mark. The second job in Gloucester was logged against the wrong site. So I turned up, found nothing wrong, left. Correct site watched me leave their competitors site. Took over an hour and a half for the message to come back through. By then I was in Cirencester. And I was there to see if the bit that was reported faulty was a part that we don't support. Quite easy really. The bit that we don't support, the manager handed me the selection knob and said "it's f*cked". I explained the politics of support and went off to have a quiet word with the help-desk. Really looking forward to Tuesday Been a week now, and still no SOE service. No change on the Sony web site. Really beginning to miss that super hero feel. Grrr!

grrr, cat knocked my 24" monitor over and off my desk, now it's temperamental (the monitor, cat is unconcerned) Monitor will now occasionally develop a flickery artifact in one quadrant or lock up entirely and go to a blank screen

2 days of SAP and I'm starting to get the hang of the new system. It is so unbelievably user unfriendly though, why do we have to navigate through 3 screens and about 5 pointless buttons just to make a sale. SAP must stand for Stupid and Pointless.
The trade rep has refused to even log on and has handed in his notice. Idiot. The system is still better the the ancient system it replaced and in a few weeks it will seem second nature to us.
It also means I'm not getting my 6 month review till the branch manager gets his head round the system so I am technically still on probation.

I find myself stark naked except for a pair of latex gloves attempting to pull on a pair of red tights on in my parent's spare bedroom.

While I was serving people inside a bar I noticed an older man alone acting a bit strange slowly, barely and all shaking moving toward outside terrace. I thought to myself I'll ask my colleague to replace me so I can go outside and ask him if he needs anything. Just as I approached my colleague the man fell on his knees, I ran to him somehow manage to drag him to a chair (barely). He was all wet and couldn't breathe , I didn't want to waste any time so I called ambulance. While we waited for them to show up I washed his face with water and waved so he could get more air. It seemed he had a high heart pressure what nurse confirmed when I asked her (of course i know about those this ) Anyway what shocked me was reaction and ignorance of the people around , nobody helped even when it was obvious that I don't have enough strength to get him stand on his feet
