I like it if you have your special hair dresser. We always visit a saloon with different hair dressers and who ever is free takes care of you.. I like the gay "Lars" the most! He took care of my hair at our wedding day and it was nice the whole day.
Well I haven't done anything with/to my hair since the day of the wedding.. saved a lot of money I spent on baby stuff

Got my Visa approved for my trip to Cuba next month

Also couldn't hold off the gadget itch any longer and ordered a Galaxy Note (via http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/samsung-galaxy-note-handset-purchase-452-less-341-after-cashback-possibly-300-o2-1143815) . Can't Wait, I love my Dell Streak but this should be even better. They're the perfect form factor - usability of a tablet but fits in my suit pocket. I use them for note taking and remote desktop all the time at work.
If anyone wants my Streak I'll sell it for £100+shipping, which is about what i'd get from a recycler. Have a 32GB card, Desktop Dock and bumper case along with the original box/accessories. Currently on Android 2.2 but there're 2.3 Roms available.

Now is the time to go. I reckon the Starbucks, Macdonalds etc will be moving in big time once Castro (the first) actually dies. Don't think the brother will last  much longer..not sure how old he is.

I think Castro's in his 80s and not in the best of heath.

Very belatedly got my 2 front tyres replaced today at the local scrapyard.  They had both worn down to the canvass on the inside due to the rubbers on the wishbones being totally perished.  Cost; £30 total for the two part worn tyres.  At that price it's not worth doing any more work to the car before it's potentially fatal MOT in April.

I had my interview for the Technical Theatre course at Guildhall today. Incredibly nervous pre-interview and some somewhat mean questions during, so that wasn't brilliant. On the plus side, then met up with an old friend for a few drinks and a catch up at the Royal Festival Hall after, which was an excellent way to relax.

Had my very last day at school today. Finally got the results from the 3 tests I wrote in January, they all went good (the best one being 13 out of 15 points in English literature). Theres a presentation I have to hold in 3 weeks but its not mandatory anymore, so Im officially done with school now =)

Thanks! Dont really want to study, Ive applied for a little part time job at a local newspaper (got some contacts there so I got good chances) and in the meantime Ill be trying to apply for an internship at a couple of businesses, dont really fancy anything in particular, but something in journalism (newspaper/TV) is a dream definitely

Okay, definitely unexpected, that one. Not sure what I'd have proposed. Maybe engage in a dialogue at that question... ("Who are we talking about, are they important for the show (lead role), how much contact have I had with them? Maybe a stern telling to and if they can't get their act (teehee) together, throw em out?")

internship is what you're probably looking for.
Newspaper, huh? Sounds interesting, but I imagine it to be very time-constrained. (Everything needs to be done JIT for the next issue...)

apprenticeship is workable but its usually used for craft/trade industries. You'd be an apprentice to a carpenter, but an intern at a newspaper.

@mode: that sounds like they were focussing more on the management part rather than the stage bit. It's the sort of question we'd ask in our interviews.
