Yea, I have been (same number as disco), emailing as well but keep getting the same responses. This was one of the emails I got back:

With reference to your request I would like to apologise first of all for the delay in the appointment. However unfortunately I am unable to bring this forward as this is the closest date possible. At the moment there is a delay with appointments in our engineers due to many factors one of which is with annual leave.
All our appointments for engineers are long in waiting and I can not personally do any thing at the moment in order to relieve this. When placing orders or having to reschedule we have to take the next available date given and whilst I do understand that this is not your fault that the appointment was rescheduled all I can do is sincerely apologise.

Again Mr Pott I really am sorry that I can not bring your date forward as this is the date that openreach gave BT.
