then just get a £5 desktop mic off ebay
I'm currently using the one built into my webcam as I have a VERY complicated sound setup and don't use a headset.. I use a headphone amp and some REALLY nice headphones

1) FUCK YOUR HOUSEMATE! 2) no, depends on what one you get.. dynamic omni-directional clipon should do the trick.. although that would pick up anything that you hear. A uni-directional desktop aimed at your mouth would work too  (that'll work like the one you have to use in MGS2 to find a guys heartbeat  ) |

Read somewhere someone with a similar problem, seems he contacted them and they dont supply it individually themselves. But I suppose it doesnt have to be from creative, just any mic like that will do  |

Had a quick search and couldn't find anything similar, seems Creative are the only people to have had the detachable idea and they don't sell it. Best suggestion I can think of is something like a tie clip microphone but they tend to be either pricy or crap. |
